Win a Cruise on Carnival’s Newest Named Ship

It’s Carnival Horizon!
Today Carnival Cruise Line announced the name of their newest ship scheduled to launch in Spring 2018. The 3,934-passenger. Sister ship to Carnival Vista and Carnival’s second Vista-class ship, Carnival Horizon is currently under construction at Fincantieri’s shipyard in Marghera, Italy.
Many of Carnival Vista’s indoor and outdoor venues will also be duplicated on Carnival Horizon. Among the repeated popular options will be SkyRide, the IMAX Theatre, WaterWorks aqua park, Seuss at Sea program and Alchemy Bar. Carnival Horizon will also feature new onboard activities not found on other Carnival ships.
Included in the variety of Carnival Horizon accommodation categories will be the Havana staterooms and the Family Harbor staterooms. Carnival will release the homeport and itinerary details at a later date.

There’s also a social media contest in progress on Instagram. Carnival will award a stateroom for up to four people when the ship debuts in 2018.
To enter, simply post your favorite photo of a horizon, use the tag @Carnival and the hashtag #CarnivalHorizonSweepstakes to enter. The contest will begin July 29, and run through July 31, at 11:59 p.m.
